If your image is not white on all four sides, you MUST include bleeds in your files. If your image has a white border on all four sides, bleeds are not required.

Product Notes:
Pages are increased in multiples of 4. The "Cover" counts as 4 pages. A booklet with the same paper stock for the Cover and the Inside is considered a "Self-Cover Booklet." To count page numbers: Count each page/face starting from the cover page as page 1.
