Brokers, Resellers & Designers

If you are a designer, printer, broker or retailer that resells printing, you’ve come to the right place to take advantage of wholesale and volume pricing.

The first thing you’ll have to do is contact us and submit a reseller’s permit via fax or mail so that we can arrange for your sales tax exemption. At this time, because of our already extremely low pricing, we do not have standard wholesale prices. However, we’ll be glad to work with you on high-volume orders. Do keep in mind that from time to time, we offer special promotions for just our brokers and resellers. We accommodate print shops, resellers, print brokers, club promoters, or anyone who thinks they qualify for wholesale pricing!

As designers, brokers, or resellers, we expect you to submit PRINT READY files. Your orders must be problem free.

  • 300dpiCMYK
  • All fonts outlined and images embedded
  • All files sized correctly with proper bleeds (or use our pre-formatted templates)
  • All files flattened and saved correctly as EPS or TIFF
  • Understand the paper stock (and coatings) of which you are ordering

Furthermore, when submitting a file for printing as a reseller, you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions and the following disclaimer:

  • We assume that you have read and understand our design specifications.
  • No proof is required; it is assumed your file is print ready. However, for custom jobs, we can either provide an emailed PDF proof showing that we have received your file to allow you to confirm that it is what you were expecting, or you can arrange to come in and see a digital proof. If you placed the order through the website, you will most likely see the proof after payment and immediately upon your upload.
  • All necessary color corrections and type adjustments have been made by you.
  • No changes are required from us.
  • We are not responsible for your typing errors.
  • We are not responsible for color faults or changes resulting from your design errors.
  • Any changes requiring any amount of time, correspondence or phone discussions to complete or modify a file will be charged at the rate of $60 per hour, minimum $30.
  • To train a designer to design the cards per our specifications is done at the rate of $60 per hour, minimum $30.
  • We guarantee the quality of our printing to the extent that we will reprint an order that there is a manufacturing error directly related to a mistake on our part and ship it, UPS Ground, at no cost to the customer. No cash refunds.
  • Due to the limitations of “gang” printing, which allows us to price our printing as low as we do, we can’t guarantee an exact color match on your order. Regardless of the fact that you may have sent us a color digital proof from a Color Copier, Fiery, Ink Jet printer, etc., don’t be surprised if the printed piece you receive differs dramatically in color from your proof. Color output devices such as the ones named are not calibrated for our shop. Remember, the only accurate way of proofing a job is to do a press-check, which requires the press to be completely set up with make-readies complete. Press Checks can be arranged at an additional cost.

The next best solution is our Digital Proofs. However, our Digital Proofs do not show exactly how it will look on the press (no pre-press proof can), however, the color “footprint” has been set to most closely match our equipment.

The online proofs and proofs that are emailed to you are for composition and general color proofing only and not for purposes of determining the color accuracy. They do not proof for trapping, overprint, color mode, small imperfections, and some type issues. We recommend you contact us for a digital proof or press-check on all critical jobs.

Carefully proof-read your proof, especially if we re-typeset anything. No whining about oversights will be acceptable after your written approval is given.
